Deer's Head Hospital Center seeks bids to remove an existing patio cover, extend the current patio floor, reinstall a patio cover and install back curb at its facility in Wicomico County. This project is located at 351 Deer's Head Hospital Road, Salisbury, MD 21802. Please see the Project Manual for all details. The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the start date of the contract. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquated damages of $250.00 per calendar day as specified in the "General Conditions". The following bonds are required if the Contract Amount, including Unit Prices, Allowances and Alternates as applicable, is in excess of $100,000.00 1) Bid Bond in the amount of 5% 2) Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% Project Location: Deer's Head Hospital, 351 Deer's Head Road, Salisbury, Maryland 21802. Remove existing wooden pavilion structure and all 4x4' landscape timbers. B. Expand the existing concrete patio by 200' to meet new concrete curb that will be installed. C. Install 45' of 3'4" vertical back curb. D. Construct new 30' x 14' pavilion with enclosed ceiling. E. Paint all wood areas of the new pavilion white. F. Install a single layer 30-year architectural shingle roof on new pavilion with dark brown shingles to include 30-year warranty. G. Provide documentation of all inspections, checks, training, and testing.
