The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: The installation of approximately 3,729 linear feet of 8" and 10" cured-in-place pipem(CIPP). After liner has cured, Contractor will reconnect 40 lateral connections. Other work includes any by-pass pumping required for the pipe lining, traffic control and other items incidental to this type of construction. The location of the project is 5100 West, 11100 North, Hampton Court and Windsor Lane in Highland, Utah. All questions relative to the project shall be submitted online through the Utah Public Procurement Place website or via email to Trever Aston - trever@highlandcity.org. Questions received after January 5 at 5:00 p.m. may not be answered Bid security in the amount of 5 % (percent) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the OWNER.
