Colusa County is requesting bids (RFB) from licensed contractors for the remodel of the Colusa Ambulance Housing Facility, located at 1259 Market St., Colusa CA, as more specifically detailed in the Project. Each bid shall be enclosed and submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing the project name, the bidder s name, contractor s license type and number, and expiration date. The County of Colusa reserves the right to reject any bids. Interior Painting: Walls, Doors & Trim: Caulk and/or putty to prep for paint include all doors. Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets: Exterior Painting: Caulk around doors, windows and trim prior to painting. Replace and secure any Tl-11 skirting that has dry rot. Paint with two coats of exterior paint, Benjamin Moore or equivalent. (Color TBD) Kitchen: Project specifications - Colusa Ambulance Facility The County is requesting bids for the remodel of the approximately 1,125 square foot Colusa Ambulance Housing facility located at 1259 Market St., Colusa CA. Add door and drawer pulls (Brushed nickel) on all cabinets, and replace cabinet door hinges. Sand and prime all cabinets with at least one coat of primer. (Benjamin Moore or equivalent). Paint all cabinets with two coats of semi-gloss paint, Benjamin Moore or equivalent. (colorTBD). Prime all ceilings, walls, doors & trim with at least one coat of primer (Benjamin Moore or equivalent). Paint ceilings, walls, doors & trim with two coats satin finish paint with Benjamin Moore Swiss Coffee or equivalent. Remove and replace all, (48 sq. ft.) kitchen counter tops, including a 3-4" backsplash, with Formica, or solid surface material equivalent, or better. Remove and replace all counter tops in bathrooms (14 sq. ft.) With 3-4" backsplash in Formica, or solid surface material equivalent, or better. Remove and install (2) ADA elongated toilets, with highest flow rate possible. Toilets to be Kohler or Gerber. Remove and replace all bathroom exhaust fans with Broan light/exhaust fan combo, for proper ventilation. Replace all exterior outlets with proper outdoor rated outlets and covers, using Leviton or equivalent. Remove and replace front door (32" x 81") with fiberglass door with window that includes blinds inside window. Remove kitchen sink (32" x 18") and replace with a stainless steel sink, including the installation of an ln-sinkerator, or equivalent garbage disposal. This will require the Installation of an Electrical outlet Lighting & Electrical: Replace all interior and exterior lighting with new LED fixtures black in color.
