The Town of North Wilkesboro seeks qualified firms/individuals to be considered for supporting on-call multidisciplined professional engineering services for the Town of North Wilkesboro. This Request for Qualifications is intended to provide the Town of North Wilkesboro a flexible and effective way to respond to various engineering needs with available firm ready multi-dimensional services, as needed. The Town is seeking Letters of Interest/Statement of Qualifications ("LOI/SOQ") from firms to provide professional civil engineering and related consulting services. Questions related to the RFQ shall be submitted by email to Dylan Blankley, Town Clerk, at townclerk@northwilkesboronc.gov or 336-667-7129, no later than January 16, 2024. Every attempt will be made to respond by January 19, 2024. The initial contract duration shall be for approximately three years, with the option of extending the agreement for an additional two (2) years. Anticipated contract amounts for on call services will be dependent upon specific needs for supplemental engineering services and available funding. No work is guaranteed under any contract with work assigned on an as-needed basis to be determined by the Town of North Wilkesboro in its sole and absolute discretion. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
