The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain pricing for and select a qualified Vendor to provide janitorial services for the NC Department of Transportation, Division of Highways buildings, North Wilkesboro, NC. The contract shall consist of an all-inclusive janitorial service and major maintenance including all reasonable and necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies to keep the subject State building properly cleaned and supplied. The purpose of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Term Contract. The Contract shall have an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on the first of the month following the date of final Contract execution. In addition, and with the Vendor's concurrence, the State reserves the right to extend the Contract after the last active term Question Deadline 12/20/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Written questions shall be emailed to lkcampbell@ncdot.gov
