Location Iredell County, North Carolina Notice Text BIDDER INVITATION REQUEST: Wharton-Smith, Inc. is the Design Build Contractor for the Town of North Wilkesboro on the construction of the Smoot Park project located at 106 Chestnut St, North Wilkesboro, NC will be accepting sealed bids from prequalified 1st tier (prime) subcontractors for specific Bid Packages, as defined in the Bid Manual and Addendum 5. Not all prior bid packages will be re-bid. Notification of bid packages approved for re-bid are forthcoming. Wharton-Smith reserves the right to modify bid packages as needed. Bids submitted by any bidder not prequalified will not be accepted. All questions / RFIs shall be sent to the Construction Manager to coordinate with the Design Team, if necessary, and provide responses and / or clarifications. See Construction Manager contact information below. RFI s will be due 2/26/2025 by 5:00PM any received after this time will not be answered.
