Renovation of a mixed-use development in Trumbull, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Agriscience Center Roof Replacement The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any requirements, irregularities, technical defects or service therein when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. A Bid Bond payable to the Owner must accompany each Proposal for ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the Proposal. The Bid Bond of the successful Proposer will be retained until the Payment Bond and Performance Bond have been executed and approved, after which it will be returned. A certified check may be used in lieu of a Bid Bond. Question Deadline 01/16/2024 Bid Opportunities.
