Bids Will Be Received for a Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be on a Lump Sum as Indicated in the Bid Form. It is the Intent and Purpose of the City of Flager Beach That This Invitation to Bid (ITB) Promotes Competitive Selection. It is the Bidders Responsibility to Advise the Finance Director if Any Language, Requirements, Etc., or Any Combination Thereof, Inadvertently Restricts Or Limits the Requirements Stated in This ITB All applicants must be properly licensed and show proof of insurance, licenses, and certificates as required by all local, State of Florida, and Federal agencies. Successful applicants will obtain all required permitting as previously stated.
