Renovation of a fire / police facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
As of October 23, 2025, this project has completed construction. The owner has identified a qualified list of design builders. Pursuant to its authority under Idaho Code & 67-2309, Ada County (the "County") is seeking proposals from contractors qualified to provide design and construction services for modernization of one (1) Dover elevator in the Ada County Public Safety Building, located at 7200 W. Barrister Dr., Boise, ID 83704 (the "Project"). The purpose of this RFP 24019 is to solicit proposals from contractors who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities to design the Project, in accordance with Idaho Public Works project requirements, and construct and install the required elements of the Project, such that at final completion the Project is fully functional. The successful contractor shall be responsible for providing engineer-approved drawings and specifications for the Project, the implementation and commissioning of the Project, including development of applicable user acceptance testing, system integration, and connectivity to existing resources. Substantial and final completion dates for the Project will be mutually determined by the selected contractor and the County during the programming phase of the Project. Deadline to submit Questions Jan 16th 2024, 4:00 PM MST. The Board of Ada County Commissioners Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Proposals
