Bid Bonds Shall Be accompanied By Proof Of Authority Of The Official Or Agent Signing the Bond. Attention Of Bidders Is Called To All Of The Requirements Contained Inthis Bid Packet, Particularly To The Federal Davis-bacon Wages, Various Insurance Requirements, Various Equal Opportunity Provisions,and The Requirement For A Payment Bond And Performance Bond For100% Of The Contract Price. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid Within Ninety (90) Days After The actual Date Of The Bid Opening Thereof.
