New Leaf - Public Facility Improvements 96 High Glouster project Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond, in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Athens County Commissioners, or by certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit from a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Athens County Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for100% of the contract price. The Athens County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informality or to rejectany or all bids.
