Streetlight Improvements project Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond, in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Village of Glouster, or by certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit from a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Village of Glouster. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for100% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the bid opening thereof. The Village of Glouster reserve the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The estimate on this project is: $303,713.00 Maximum Allowable Bid: $334,085.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
