The Village of Glouster intends to contract for Professional administration services in connection with the following projects beingfunded in full or in part by Energy Efficiency and ConservationBlock Grant Program funds. This activity will involve the retrofit of all streetlights in the villagewith new LED streetlights; approximately 314 streetlights throughout the village will be upgraded in order to reduce operating and maintenance costs of street lighting in the Village of Glouster. As requiredby Ohio Revised Code 153.65-71, firms will be evaluated andranked in order of their qualifications based on the evaluation factors listed in the full RFQ Packet. Representatives of The Villageof Glouster, OH will enter into contract negotiations with the mosthighly qualified firm.
