The City of Elgin is currently accepting request for qualifications from a qualified engineer for Professional Engineering Review Services of Kane County Storm Water Applications and or Civil Engineering Site Subdivision Plans and or Structural Submittals. Statement of Qualifications must be directed to Daina DeNye, NIGP-CPP, CPPO, Purchasing Director at denye_d@cityofelgin.org. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Questions regarding this bid package should be addressed to Ron Rudd, P.E., Public Works Director at rudd_r@cityofelgin.org no later than by January 13, 2024. It is intended that the AGREEMENT would be for a term of five years from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2028. Notice To Proceed February 14, 2024 The City of Elgin reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, to waive any informality or irregularity in any SOQ received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective SOQs received.
