Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specifications for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Sub Completion The Sub Completion Work Shall Be Defined as Completion of the Culvert Jacking Operation and Installation of the Rip-rap End Treatments on the Culvert Installation. The Sub Completion Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than March 15, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Sub Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($ 500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion Shall Be Defined as Completion of All Other Work Including Abandonment of Existing Culvert and Final Trimming. The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than July 15, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($ 500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
