The Corridor Metropolitan Planning Organization (CMPO) is seeking submittal of Qualifications from qualified consultants to perform engineering and related services regarding the proposed Tower Terrace Road - Phase 7 Improvements Project. The Phase 7 Improvements are located within the cities of Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha, Robins, and Marion corporate limits as well as parts of unincorporated Linn County. Submittals will be evaluated promptly after opening. After an award is made, a summary will be sent to all companies who submitted qualifications. Results will not be given over the telephone or prior to award. Submittals may be withdrawn any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of qualifications; no submittal may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days thereafter.
