Renovation of a stadium in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Project consists of upgrades to the existing locker rooms Owner's Project cost range is anticipated to be under $650,000.00. Work to Begin: Upon completion of the last day of school (anticipated around June 1, 2024) OR upon the completion of the 2024 Football Season (anticipated around November 1, 2024). Contractor to indicate work commencement at time of bid. Work Substantially Complete on or before: August 2, 2024, for summer construction season, OR January 31, 2025, for fall construction season Final Project Completion on or before: September 27, 2024, for summer construction season, OR March 28, 2025, for fall construction season Bid security shall be in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount Bid Security shall be in the form of a cashier's check or certified check drawn on a bank in Iowa or a bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America, or a certified bank share draft drawn on a credit union in Iowa or chartered under the laws of the United States of America or a bid bond with corporate surety satisfactory to the Owner for the faithful performance of the contract in the amount equivalent to 100% of the amount of the contract. Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions received up to two business days prior to conference The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
