Walls will be 2x6 construction, insulated, finished with milk board 1.1.2. Exterior siding will be 4 corrugated steel around base, pine above 1.1.3. Building height will be 12 6 to ceiling 1.1.4. Layout will consist of a rig room of at least 750 sq ft, tank room of at least 430 sq ft , RO room of at least 200 sq ft, bathroom, and mechanical room. 1.1.5. 8 overhead doors into both rig room and tank room 1.1.6. Lighting fixtures will be LED with protective covers 1.1.7. Building must be ADA compliant 1.1.8. Roof will be corrugated metal 1.2. Slab shall be 6 thick with a 4 frost wall 1.2.1.
