Prairie Mountain Health (PMH) is requesting proposals for General Contracting Services to complete the modernization of elevators 1 & 2 at the Fairview Personal Care Home, located in Brandon, Manitoba. Elevators E1 (GID 4223) and E2 (GID 4224) at Fairview PCH shall be completely modernized. The existing elevator systems shall be replaced, except for the elevator car, main guide rails, which shall be retained. Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price Documents can be obtained at https://prairiemountainhealth.ca/
