Description

City of Clairton is requesting bids for the removal and disposal of a four thousand (4,000) gallon underground storage gasoline tank. All bids must be accompanied by a ten percent (10%) bid security. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the bids. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities in the best interest of the City. Bidders must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color religion, sex, nation of origin.
