UPS Maintenance, Inspection, Repair, Parts, and Replacement Services. All material received in response to this bid shall become the property of the State and shall not be returned to the Vendor. Regardless of the Vendors selected, the State reserves the right to use any information presented in a bid response. The content of each Vendor's bid shall become public information once a contract(s) has been awarded. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract(s) for UPS Maintenance, Inspection, Repair, Parts, and Replacement Services to the State of New Hampshire with services indicated in the SCOPE OF SERVICES and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract The term of the contract shall commence on May 1, 2024, or upon approval of the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services, or upon approval of the Governor and Executive Council, whichever is later, through April 30, 2029, a period of approximately five (5) years.
