The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for supply and delivery of culvert reinforced concrete pipe, to the State of New Hampshire with product list and requirements indicated in the SCOPE OF WORK and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract. Complete specifications required are detailed in the SCOPE OF WORK section of this bid invitation. In responding to the bid invitation, the prospective Vendor shall address all requirements for information as outlined herein. Questions shall be submitted by email to Lincoln Adams at Lincoln.J.Adams@DAS.NH.Gov. The term of the contract shall commence May 1, 2024, or upon execution by the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services, or upon approval of the Governor and Executive Council, whichever is later, through April 30, 2029, a period of approximately five (5) years.
