Site work for a water / sewer project in Steele, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work of the AMR Water Meter Project will be let under one Contract. The principal items of work are detailed herein below. Principal Work: 1. 282 3/4" Meters 2. 9 2" Meters According to Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents on file in the office of the Owner, the improvements hereinafter described. The Contractor is Hereby Advised That Time is of the Essence on This Project and That the Contract Time Of 200 Consecutive Calendar Days and Noted Restrictions shall Be Strictly Observed. Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed if the Contract Time is Exceeded. The Contractor May Apply for an Extension of Time in Accordance With the Provisions of the Contract; However, Such an Extension Must Be Approved Prior to the Contract Completion Date to Avoid the Imposition of Liquidated Damages.
