Renovation of an educational facility in Saint-Jerome, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades and repairs to Cap-Jeunesse high school building. The scope of work includes a complete renovation of the swimming pool including the changing rooms adjoining the swimming pool enclosure and all the electrical, control, mechanical and structural elements attached to it, a redevelopment of the space into a conventional gymnasium including the changing rooms adjoining the pool enclosure and all the electrical, control, mechanical and structural elements attached to it. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints and the need to make 200-million-dollar budget compression to the school funding system, the Quebec government has temporarily put this project on hold. Future of the project development is not determined. If the project development restarts, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
