This is a small project no bid tabulation and no pre qualified contractors, and they will be doing this project in house. Installation of modular wall system at the Health Care Access building Dukes County Health Care Access Building located at 114 New York Avenue, Oak Bluffs, MA 02568 The Dukes County Healthcare Access Building needs a renovation to ensure that the quality of care and help needed for the local community is available in an environment that provides the privacy and comfort required for these services. The Licensed Contractor will be responsible for the following: - suppling all materials and labor to install a modular wall system per plans. There needs to be a glass either in the wall system or in the door not smaller than 10" x15" allowing to see into each office space from the common space. - removing all debris and performing final clean-up as pertains to their work. All work to be done to the Architect's Specifications, 780 CMR 51.00 and the 2015 IBC 9th edition. This is a Dukes County project, therefore all wages must follow the Massachusetts Prevailing wage criteria. MODULAR WALL I. GENERAL A. All work to meet or exceed local codes as well as the IBC 2015 and 780 CMR 51.00 9th edition. All workmanship shall be to high professional standards. B. All work shall be coordinated with that of all other trades affecting or affected by the work of this Section. II. RELATED DOCUMENTS A. Drawings and general provisions of the Contract, including General and Supplementary Conditions that apply to this Section. III. SUMMARY A. The project includes providing and installing a modular wall system per plans. IV. DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work of this section, including but not limited to the following: 1. Installation of approximately 87 linear feet including four (4) 3'0" x 6'8" doors of 8' high modular wall system with electrical raceways for specified outlets. See plan E-100 for outlet location. Estimated start of renovation work will be February 2024 and all work is to be completed by the end of March 2024. Scheduling of work to be coordinated with supervisor of the project. All billing to be done upon completion of the work and is payable by the County of Dukes County.
