Renovation of a medical facility in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This is a small project no bid tabulation and no pre qualified contractors, they will be doing this in house. A. Coordinate size, type, model, and manufacturer with licensed HVAC contractor. B. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work of this section, including, but not limited to the following: 1. Install new electric, air-source heat pump HVAC system with floor registers for both supply and return. 2. Review floor register design and location with designer. 3. Paint interior of floor registers flat black. 4. Provide air handler below floor joists with sound dampening as needed. 5. Locate the condenser as shown in the drawings. 6. Provide and connect all required condensate drain lines. 7. Coordinate electrical hook up with electrician. 8. Provide a crawlspace dehumidifier with condensate discharge to the outside. 9. Seal all penetrations for rodent and thermal protection. Dukes County Health Care Access Building located at 114 New York Avenue, Oak Bluffs, MA 02568. The Dukes County Healthcare Access Building needs a renovation to ensure that the quality of care and help needed for the local community is available in an environment that provides the privacy and comfort required for these services.
