Renovation of a municipal facility in Port Huron, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Upgrade BWATC's Existing Methane Detection System. Procurement will be made on a competitively negotiated basis. Evaluation criteria will include: project completion methodology; proposed equipment, hardware, and operating system; past project references; ability to meet proposed schedule, and proposed price. All work subject to this procurement shall be completed and invoiced within an eight (8) week period after award of the contract. Blue Water Area Transportation Commission hereby notifies all proposers that it will affirmatively assure that in regard to any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and no proposer will be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, sex, age, handicap, religion, ancestry, martial status, national origin, place of birth, or sexual preference.
