Reference Number 0000335826 The Work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required for mechanically dredging between 0 and 12,800 cubic yards of material, depositing dredged material within designated landward and/or waterward disposal areas and all associated work as specified in the Project Manual. Question Acceptance Deadline 12/19/2023 03:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron for that purpose. The City of Port Huron reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in the bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most advantageous to the said City's interests. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and materials bonds, maintenance and guarantee bonds, and insurance certificates.
