The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, or any item or part thereof, or to waive any informalities or irregularities in a proposal. The City reserves the right to postpone proposal opening for its own convenience, to accept or reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFP, to request additional information from consultants as appropriate, to negotiate with other than the highest ranked consultant(s) should negotiations with the highest-ranked consultant(s) be terminated, or to cancel all or part of this RFP. The City of Corona solicits qualified engineering firms to study existing conditions and to develop Corona's Storm Drain & Storm water Management Master Plan (SDSMMP) that includes, Storm Drainage, Storm water Management, its Policies and Methodologies, and Fees Schedule, plus related Storm Drainage Standard Plans. One of the fundamental goals for this planning document is to serve as a basis for scheduling, prioritizing, building, operating, maintaining in a state of good repair existing storm water management infrastructure, budgeting, and funding. The SDSMMP is to prioritize and propose the construction and implementation of the recommended missing or substandard storm drain facilities and identify necessary capital improvement projects, and to develop a plan that prioritizes and allocates resources to operations and maintenance, including staffing levels, for activities related to the SDSMMP. The City of Corona is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified engineering consultants to develop the City's Storm Drain and Storm water Management Master Plan. A full description can be found in Section IV, Project Description and Scope of Services of the attached RFP document. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimated Bid Value $400,000-$500,000. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
