The project site is located at 542 Cooper Street, Watertown, New York and consists of abating and demolishing the existing structure on the site and site restoration including the removal of asphalt/concrete/gravel parking areas located on all sides of the structure. The successful contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of not less than 100% of the total amount of the accepted bid and in such form and having as surety thereon such surety company or companies as are approved by the City Council. Insurance carrier must have principal office in New York State or be authorized to do business in New York State.
