The Work to be performed under this Contract shall include, but is not limited to, supplying all materials, plant and labour necessary to complete the cleaning and CIPP (Cured-in-Place Pipe) structural lining of watermains and associated construction at various locations within the City of Hamilton. The CIPP structural watermain lining shall be in accordance with ASTM F1216-09 for inverted liners, ASTM F1743-08 for pulled in liners, ASTM F2019-03 for reinforced liners and ASTM D5813-04 for CIPP materials. In addition, the Contract will consist of replacing any bends needing removal to accommodate the CIPP lining, all hydrants, main line valves and possibly adding additional line valves as specified by the Contract Administrator.
