The work Substantially Completed on or before August 30 2024 and Completed and ready for payment accordance General Conditions on or before September 29 ,2024. Liquidated damages for delay contractor Shall pay Owner $ 5000 for each day that expires after the time Specified above for final completion . The city Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids .
