Construction of concrete shared use path from 8th Street to the Santa Fe Depot: including approximately 700 SY of concrete recreational path, 450 LF of wood fence and a concrete raised crosswalk. Contractor agrees that as liquidated damages for delay (but not as a penalty), Contractor shall pay Owner $500 for each day that expires after the time specified above for Final Completion until the Work is complete.
