A cashiers check payable to "The Sanitary Board of the City of Charleston" or a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a Surety Company approved by the CSB, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid, shall be submitted with each Bid, to guarantee the Bidder's entrance into a Contract, if given the award.
