Refer to the attached drawings and specifications for additional details. Selected contractor must commit to integrating with the existing schedules for the New Public Service Facility, New Police Evidence Facility, and New Fire Station being constructed by Edifice. Existing Police Station Security (7151 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227) - Provide New Security Headend and Cameras Selectively disconnect and remove existing cameras. Disconnect and remove existing NVR and/or video recorder. Provide and install new cameras and associated infrastructure. Provide New Access Control System Disconnect and remove existing access control panels. Provide and install new access control panels. Existing card readers and electrified door hardware shall be reused and connected to new access control panels. Provide and install new access control devices and hardware as indicated. Existing Town Hall Security (4430 Mint Hill Village Ln, Mint Hill, NC 28227) Provide New Security Headend and Cameras -Selectively disconnect and remove existing cameras. -Disconnect and remove existing NVR and/or video recorder. -Provide and install new cameras and associated infrastructure. Submit questions in writing to tcapodicasa@optimaengineering.com A bid bond, performance bond and payment bond is required Contractor shall be liable for Liquidated Damages, paid to the Town of Mint Hill, if the work is not completed on or before the Contract Period end date, as amended. The Liquidated Damages rate is set at $500 per day, beginning on the first day after the completion date and accumulating thereafter. The Town of Mint Hill reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid that appears to be in the best interest of the Town, even if the bid is not the lowest.
