Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Doon, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and for the construction of a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
This RFQ is for Community Center project located in Doon, IA, which is to be started summer of 2024 and completed summer of 2025. The project will consist of 13,000 total square feet to include a gymnasium, fitness room, meeting area, kitchen, and library. All vendors (subcontractors & material suppliers) that are interested in bidding on this work must submit a response to this RFQ to Hoogendoorn Construction, Inc. Only those vendors that submit a response to this RFQ and are pre-qualified will be eligible to submit pricing for an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) for this project - Doon Community Center. Project Scope Final design documents will be issued to the pre-qualified bidders on a TBD date.
