Furnishing and Installing a Splash Pad, along with Associated Site Work, Piping, Concrete and Surfacing This Project Shall Consist of Furnishing and Installing a Splash Pad, along with Associated Site Work, Piping, Concrete and Surfacing. No Pre-Bid Conference will be held on this project. Bid Bond: A Bid Guarantee equivalent to 5% of the bid price, Performance Bond: A performance bond of not less than 100% of the contract price, Payment Bond: A payment bond of not less than 100% of the contract price.
