Site work and paving for a civil project in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work to be performed under the base bid includes the installation of approximately 5,000 lineal feet of 12-inch and 8-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances, paving, and property restoration. Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. This project shall be physically completed within 100 working days We reserve the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid for aggregate total of both schedules.
