RFP - SB 1383 Consulting Services. Consultant has demonstrated a clear understanding of the requirements of the SB 1383 law and their approach to the scope of work. The City of Clovis is seeking the professional services of a consultant to support the Solid Waste Division with the SB 1383 program development. The City reserves the right to amend, withdraw, and/or cancel this RFP. The City reserves the right to reject all responses to this request at any time prior to contract execution. The City reserves the right to request or obtain additional information about any and all proposals. liquidated damages, are non-negotiable. If contract negotiations cannot be concluded successfully with the highest-ranking proposer, the agency may choose to negotiate a contract with the next highest-ranking proposer. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A No Requests for clarification regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing via email to Sarai Yanovsky at saraiy@ci.clovis.ca.us and received no later than 2:00 p.m., December 29, 2023.
