Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Gaffney, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

1. The scope of work includes providing chemical grout injections at below grade exterior walls as shown on the drawings. 2. The scope of work includes demolishing of existing wall system for installation of a double storefront glass door system and associated components on the rear elevation in location that will be determined by the Owner at the Pre-Construction meeting. a. Contractor to cut concrete wall under the center window of rear of the structure and install a store front set of glass doors and close in hole at top of door with store front windows. b. Doors and windows are to match existing store front windows on rear of building. c. Grade to be level between current floor slab and new concrete pad. d. The current opening is 96 inches wide by 114 inches tall. e. Doors will need to be 36 inches for a total of 72-inch opening. f. All new doors and windows shall be sealed watertigh Scope of work includes includes removal of existing grade in the location as shown on the drawings to complete below grade exterior wall repairs including selective areas of repointing masonry, installation of a waterproofing membrane system and associate compoents. Sheet metal components and accessories are included. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Project Description: The Contractor is to confirm all dimensions and square footages prior to providing bid. Base Bid 1.
