Renovation of a transportation facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
This solicitation is for the provision of construction work and related services (the “Work”) for the Victoria Transit Centre, located at 520 Gorge Road East, Victoria, BC. The Work includes selective demolition of the existing Tire Shop and reconstruction of the interior along with a small addition as described in the included drawings and specifications. The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment required to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
