Renovation of a municipal facility in Hastings, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Removal and install of (59) 44"x64" and (11) 44"x33" windows in the Maintenance Building. Window Replacement RFB - BCRC - 2024. In its sole discretion, the Barry County Road Commission reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any bids, to reject any or all bids, and to accept bids other than the lowest responsible bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the schedule closing time for receiving bids and for a period of 90 days thereafter. The Contractor shall fully perform the Work described in the Contract Documents. The "Contract Documents" include all of the Bidding Documents, project plans, this agreement as fully completed and executed, any addenda, and any subsequent modifications to this agreement. The term "Work" means the construction and/or services required by the Contract Documents, and includes all other labor, materials, equipment and services provided or to be provided by the Contractor to fulfill the Contractor's obligations. In the event of inconsistencies or ambiguities within the Contract Documents or between the Contract Documents and applicable standards, codes, and ordinances, the Contractor shall (a) provide to the better quality or greater quantity of Work, and (b) comply with the more stringent requirement.
