Renovation of a mixed-use development in Charlotte, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work of this project consists of, but is not limited to the Scope of Work listed below. This scope is preliminary and for information purposes only. It is the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work as shown, specified and required based upon the contract documents (drawings, specifications, addenda, etc.) 1. Replacement of the roof valley with a modified base sheet and fluid applied cap sheet. Restoration of the steep slope section with a partially reinforced fluid applied restoration. See Project Manual for full details. Retrofit over the existing roof system with a 2-ply sbs modified asphalt system with an aluminized coating. See Project Manual for full details. Bid-Results:- 1.
