Renovation of a municipal facility in Charlotte, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Mechanical, electrical, and fire protection renovations to accommodate systems walls and furniture installation to create a conference room within an open office space. Work scope includes the following: removal of ceiling pads and reinstall upon project completion; demolition of portions of ductwork, diffusers, light fixtures, and fire sprinklers; modify existing fire protection to serve the new enclosed conference room; new ductwork distribution in the conference room area, including adding zone control dedicated to the conference area; new lighting for the conference room, including lighting controls; power distribution throughout the conference room, including floor boxes and terminations for powered conference room table; conduit and boxes for all audio/visual technology and IT/data terminations.
