The plant uses approximately 24,000 gallons per year, and the average delivery will be 4,000-5,000 gallons throughout the year. Quotes shall remain in effect for one year. The City of Charlotte will receive sealed bids for delivery of bulk ferric chloride for the wastewater treatment plant (38% Solution). Bids can be mailed, placed in one of the City drop boxes located at City Hall, or emailed to the City Clerk at mlarocque@charlottemi.org. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waiver any defects in the bids.
