This Project Consists of Reroofing the Mansard Roof Areas as Designated in the Associated Construction Documents, Including Replacement of Existing Metal Mansard Panels, Copings and Soffits, All Associated Roof Edge Metals, Trims and Fasteners. Contractor to Confirm Conditions of the Existing Substrate Materials Prior to Installing New Roofing Materials and Repair Any Damaged, Deteriorating and / or Wet Areas as Required to Perform the Work. The Vermilion Housing Authority is Inviting Sealed Bid Proposals From Interested and Qualified Parties for Centennial Manor Metal Roof Renovation, Located at 426 Honeywell Avenue, Hoopeston, Illinois, 60942. Bid Security Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid in the Amount of Five (5)% Percent of the Bid Amount. Bidders Must Be Properly Licensed Under the Laws Governing Their Respective Trades and Be Able to Obtain Insurance and Bonds Required for the Work. A Performance Bond, Separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insur-ance in a Form Acceptable to Owner Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder. Available January 1st, 2024 The Vermilion Housing Authority Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive Any and All Informalities in the Bidding. Successful Bidders Shall Be Required to Observe the Fair Employment Practices Commission Rules Pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity, and Comply With the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 Ilcs 130/1 ET Seq.., and Use Wage Determination as Determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, Conciliation, and Mediation Division as Amended to Date. These Wages Will Remain in Effect Until Superseded by a New Determination
