Site work and renovation of a civil project in Stratton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of an automatic pump station for storm water including, but not limited to, pre-cast concrete wet well, duplex pump station, force main, emergency generator and electrical upgrades. Contractor to install new spring-loaded flap gate on existing storm outlet. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for 100% of the contract price. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period. The engineer will accept questions for this project until 4:00 pm on April 23, 2024 by submitting any questions in writing to mail@wequicksall.com or fax (330) 339-2227. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and responsible, responsive, bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received.
