This project will upgrade the remaining fire alarm systems throughout the Schottenstein Center that has not been previously completed through other projects. The scope of the project will require a design to upgrade the system to be compliant with current codes and University design standards and will include new and upgrades/replacement of audio and visual devices, pathways and wiring throughout portions of the building. There will also be work involved with the existing fire suppression systems to replace or add components to coordinate with the new work. The time for Substantial Completion of all Work is 180 consecutive days from the Notice to Proceed.
