To establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for plumbing systems maintenance and repair services on as-needed basis at the Recreation and Parks Department, 1533 Alum Industrial Drive West and various recreation parks and centers throughout Columbus as listed herein on an as needed basis. The maximum dollar amount to be spent on this agreement is $50,000.00. Contractor Requirements Must be able to provide services including but not limited to: o Must be able to clear blocked drains using cabling or jetting tools. o Replace or repair sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water service systems. o Must be currently licensed with the state of Ohio to provide plumbing services. o Must be able to service grease traps, and oil interceptors including any necessary environmental testing and documentation. o Must be able to provide backflow installation, testing, and repair as needed. o Must be able to provide Emergency 24 hour, 7 day service. o Must have a maximum response time not to exceed four hours. o Contractor while performing duties shall at all times adhere to industry standards and abide by all EPA, OSHA, and all applicable regulations. o The successful bidder will be required to submit a State of Ohio Workers' Compensation Certificate and Liability Insurance Certificate.
