The current estimate for the Cost of the Work is $29.0MM, which includes the estimated cost for abatement (if required) and demolition of the downtown jail and construction of the Project Description: The Franklin County Board of Commissioners, Franklin County, Ohio (hereinafter the County or Owner) requests submittals from interested parties (the CMaR) with proven experience to provide Construction Manager At-Risk (CMaR) services associated with the planning, design, and construction of the new Franklin County Downtown Facility (the Project) at the Franklin County Government Center (FCGC).
